The LiftMaster 98022 is a space-saving, wall-mounted garage door opener that is quiet and ideal for garages with limited ceiling space. Key features include built-in Wi-Fi for smartphone control, an integrated battery backup, a DC motor for quiet operation, and an automatic garage door lock for security. It is a “jackshaft” or “side-mount” operator that installs directly onto the torsion spring shaft, eliminating the need for a traditional overhead track and rail system.
